1 How to overcome writers block

My most simple solution to get my brain back on track is to take a big rest. I retreat in my favorite cozy place and well, 9 hours later my writers block is history.

A good shower is not only good for cleaning your body, it works similar on cleaning your brain. Unfortunately this works better for humans than for cats, as it takes me also about 9 hours to lick-shower my entire chubbiness…

4 If you have a subject and your mind went blank

You have a subject in your mind but you just can’t get started? Then just imagine you are talking to auntie Droopy, that’s the old lady next door who doesn’t know about blogging but really wants to know everything you have been doing from dust till dawn.

Imagine she asks you "What, Who, Where, When, How" about your subject and start writing pretending answering her.

5 If you don’t even have a subject in mind

You could wonder why you want to write in the first place when you don’t know what to write.

I know, silly teachers love to do that with students, but why would you want to become a student again? It’s your own blog and you do what you want when you want it.

What do you do if you don’t have anything decent to say in real life? You simply keep quiet, unless your name is Omarosa and all you can utter is trash-talk. In that case I assume writers block wont be an issue for you…

7 Ask or Answer Questions

This is my human’s favorite method to start a conversation: if she doesn’t know something, she will ask.

Same idea you can use in your blog in 2 ways!

1. Just ask people what they would have loved to see on the post you are trying to write having writers block. Of course you don’t tell them you are having writers block .
2. The opposite also works: answer questions other bloggers are asking in their blog. But don’t answer it in a comment on their blog, answer it in a post on your blog. Then use "trackback" to automatically comment on the question of the other blogger.

Answering a question is exactly what I am doing now. I am answering Kevin’s question What do you do when you get Bloggers-Block?.

By the way, Jazmin is quite a cute cat, I know, since I am a cute cat myself. And be aware never ever to say cat to a Siamese in the first place. I can of course, because I am a Siamese Persian mix: 2 cats for the price of one.

All you have to do is advertise yourself for free, which means that you have to do what you love the most: showing off your love for pets.

Because when people notice you love pets, they will trust their pets in your hands.

Petsitters without pets

One of linky love’s first ways of earning money was pet-sitting. Quite easy: my mom put my ad in the newspaper (I was able to read and write though, although at about 8, you don’t know that well "who you gonna call" when you need an ad placed in the newspaper).

If you go on holiday, leave your pet with my daughter, since she loves pets.

Of course mom didn’t mention that I also loved to travel during holidays, but since my parents told me: you can travel as much as you want when you pay for it… well, I thought of spending my holidays earning some extra money

So the easy part was my love for dogs, the difficult part at that time was finding pet owners to find me.

Or in other words, the difficult part was: getting noticed with my services?

How you get noticed

Simple: Candi the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel joined Add your Link and get’s our linky love back already. Not to mention that when Candi reacts to this post and writes an article about his blog, this cute dog will be featured as next blog of the weekend. Talking about getting famous!

The cute orange tabby cat "Orange Boy" over at the Save Moki cat-blog has been bitten by a rattle snake as well, and it doesn’t look that cute, although Orange Boy is hanging in according to their last post.

I got to know Orange Boy when his owner left a comment on our Free Tabby Kittens blog.

You can feature your tabby kittens for free like we featured Orange Boy at Free Orange Tabby Kittens just by leaving a comment.

Or was it Moki the cat that left a comment… on the Internet you never know who is doing the typing….

What’s interesting is that the Moki cat owner started to blog for money 2 days ago aiming to get at least $100 during the next month using "one of those pay to blog services that could kill your PageRank".

If they don’t reach their aim, they will call it quits and most likely try to find other ways to make money on or off the Internet.

Why Kim Kardashian gets popular and Edison Chen not?

In the US, socialite friend of Paris Hilton hit it off after she unleashed her Kim Kardashian sex tape on the Internet. Now she is earning big money at the E channel.
