Unfortunately it also happened even more sick here in Malaysia 1 or 2 years ago and now again in California. As long as these criminals don't get a life sentence, they will do it again. Now I would agree that there should be a better way to "cure" these criminals, but putting them back on the street and ruin again more lives of children and their family can't be a solution rulers should be proud of.
