Get a link exchange just by asking in your own blog!

• In the age of the dinosaur when there were only static websites, you needed to write to the webmaster and ask for a link exchange.
• In the age of bloggers in the blogosphere : bloggers using Wordpress (or any other decent ‘blogware’) will get noticed on their dashboard soonest you link to them.

If they take links and blogging serious and they have loads of time, they will check out your post with the link to them. So if you have a request for them: why not put the request on your blog with a link to their blog?

Advantages of this way of link exchange:

• your readers get to know the blogs you find interesting
• you don’t have to look for email addresses
• if the blogger likes you, you might get an answer on your request!
