This Ultimate Guide to Productivity was created by the Instigator Blog and it is essentially a group writing project.
My productivity tips
They are basically all in bold above:
- time is a factor
- choose your friends wisely
- commit
1. Do what you like to do
It is amazing how much energy, persistence and endurance you have when you follow your passion.
2. Make a todo list that is always in front of your nose
Don’t try to do everything. Focus on what you want and only do what contributes to what you want. And make sure it is always visible (like in my right sidebar)
3. Walk the talk
Say what you are going to do and do it. Don’t become a story teller unless that’s your passion.
4. Get things done 60%
Time is the limit: you can do 2 tasks 60% where you can only do 1 task for 100%. (May way of multitasking, since I am slow, so here is were I compromise)
5. Surround yourself with the best
That’s why from time to time I will mention Ilker because he is the best
What is best? Best is what helps you reaching what you are focused on.
6. 7 is the limit
Whatever you are multitasking: never go above 7. That’s why my list has only 6 items and not 8, although I love 8

How come I am tagged? I’m NOT the most popular blogger in Singapore! I can give you a list of them and you can go tag them. hehehe ……

This Eastcoastlife is way too modest!
You can always comment and add the list of the ones you think are famous in Singapore, everybody is welcome!

Hi ,
I agreed on your productivity list.. and allow me to emphasize one thing, when you write down your todo list, give priorities to the items in your list.
With priority, you will know the sequence of completing each task.
You can’t always find the best around, then surround yourself with the like-minded people… at least those like-minded people will encourage each others to achieve their own goals.
That’s my idea.

Hi ,
I would like to add that, when list down your todo tasks, pioritise the tasks. Then work according to your prioritised tasks from the first to the last.
This way will increase your efficiency immensely.

@Calvin: seems you know about productivity, so you are tagged as well!
With “best” I mean people that can help me reaching my goals or are achieving my goals or already achieved my dreams.
@Ilker: now you know why you are THE BEST! Don’t be shy when you don’t need to, blushes are invisible on my screen
